- It’s 4-5 of boiled potatoes.
- Prepare 1 cup of chopped onions.
- It’s 1 cup of grated carrot.
- Prepare 1 cup of chopped shimla mirch.
- It’s 1 tsp of lemon juice.
- Prepare 2 tsp of cornflour.
- You need 1 cup of water.
- Prepare of Oil for frying.
- You need of Bread Crumbs.
- It’s of Seasome.
- You need to taste of Salt,Red chilli powder and jeera powder accd.
- You need of Cornflour.
Heart Vegetable Cutlets instructions
- First take a bowl add mashed potatoes,onion,carrot,shimla mirch mix all ingredients together now add salt,red chilli powder and jeera powder,lemon juice mix all ingredients together and make a dough.
- Make any desired shape of cutlets I made heart.
- Now add Salt,red chilli powder in bread crumbs or seasome.
- Now cover the cutlet in bread crumbs.
- Now make a slurry of Cornflour add some water add some salt and red chilli powder dip the cutlets in slurry and coat with bread crumbs or seasome and kept in fridge for 10 mins.
- When It's done fry or shallow fry it till it's golden colour serve it with any sauce I drizzle some mayonise in it.
- Serve it.
